Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the high cost of shipping, we have had to make some realistic changes. Simply put, unless there is a defect in your product, or a mistake on our part, consumer will pay to return product, with out reimbursement.
If customer is returning product, due to defect, OR a mistake on our part, customer will be reimbursed shipping cost in full, once product is returned, and or, is credited shipping if exchanging for same product or for a different product, similar in price and weight.
